A shopping experience that i experienced with bad customer service was at a local food store. They had poor customer service as they were rude and dry. They seemed all frustrated and angry, which led to them greeting me rudely, and just threw the shopping bags around with out any care.

A shopping experience that i experienced with good customer service was at a local clothing store. The women had a lovely attitude, was smiling and greeted me with respect. She also asked if I needed any help around the shop, and helped me the whole time i was looking for cloths.

- Don’t speak for more than 20 minutes
